1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and lurus4d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the lurus4d website located at https://lurus4d.cam and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any such person connected with lurus4d or its affiliated game providers.
• You must register and maintain only one Account. Duplicate or multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. lurus4d reserves the right to reject any registration or suspend any account where inaccurate or misleading information has been submitted.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify lurus4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. lurus4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.3 KYC Verification

lurus4d operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Prior to approving any withdrawal request, users must submit valid proof of identity (e.g., Malaysian IC, passport) and proof of address. We may also request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

lurus4d supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, BNB). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the fiat-equivalent for crypto deposits.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet held in the registered User's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• lurus4d does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. Contact our support team immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.
• lurus4d reserves the right to refuse any deposit or reverse any payment if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

5.2 Currency

The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmation and credited to your account accordingly. lurus4d is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiation and confirmation of a crypto deposit.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following terms and conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• All active wagering requirements must be met in full prior to any withdrawal request being accepted.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in the User's own name. lurus4d does not make payments to third parties.
• Standard e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes from approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 30minutes to 4 hours, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and may take longer depending on blockchain congestion.
• lurus4d reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits based on account verification status, account tier, and platform-wide security policies.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where lurus4d has initiated a security review, fraud investigation, or is awaiting KYC document submission.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and incentive offers are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general and specific terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on each promotion page. The wagering requirement applies to the sum of the bonus amount and, where applicable, the deposit amount associated with the bonus.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

lurus4d actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk offseting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using automated software or bots, or any other conduct that exploits promotional structures in a manner contrary to their intended purpose. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winings forfeited, and the account permanently suspended.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• lurus4d reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or discontinue any promotion at any time without notice.
• Only one bonus per promotion eligible User unless otherwise stated.

8 Betting Rules & Game Terms

All bets and wagers placed on lurus4d are subject to the specific rules governing each game type or event market. The following general rules apply across all betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. lurus4d does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or manifest pricing error, lurus4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the User's account at its sole discretion.
• Results are final upon official settlement. lurus4d reserves the right to delay settlement where the outcome of a bet or event is subject to official verification or dispute resolution.
• Bets placed on suspended or closed markets are void. Stakes will be returned to the User's account.
• For live betting (in-play), odds and markets are subject to change without notice. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it remains valid at the accepted odds.
• Maximum bet and win limits apply per event and per User account. These limits may vary by game type, event, and account tier.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lurus4d and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or any misrepresentation of identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds of crime or to conduct transactions in furtherance of any illegal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users in any game (particularly poker or live dealer) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to automate betting, gain unfair advantage, or exploit game mechanics.
• Account Sharing: Allowing a third party to access or operate your account, or accessing another User's account.
• Duplicate Accounts: Registering more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identification, age, or other registration information.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward other users or lurus4d staff via any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the lurus4d Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, audio and video material, database structures, and the arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of lurus4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without express written consent from lurus4d.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Platform content.

11 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The lurus4d Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain a stable and continuously available service, lurus4d makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lurus4d shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any financial loss resulting from gambling activities conducted on the Platform, including winings not received due to technical errors.
• Delays or failures in transmission caused by internet service disruptions, payment gateway outages, or other circumstances beyond lurus4d's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

12 Responsible Gambling

13 Account Suspension & Termination

• The User has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The User is under21 years of age.

• The continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to lurus4d.

In cases of account suspension, lurus4d will conduct an investigation in good faith. Where no breach is confirmed, the account will be reinstated and any legitimate funds returned. Where a breach is confirmed, lurus4d may exercise its right to void outstanding bets, forfeit bonus-derived balances, and withold any associated winnings in accordance with applicable law.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance of legitimately deposited, wagering-requirement-cleared funds will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and payment procedures.

14 Amendments to These Terms

lurus4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.
